PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MATARAM – Dua kisah inspiratif mewarnai pelantikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kota Mataram.
Aladi Pristiono (57), honorer yang mengabdi 24 tahun di Kelurahan Pagutan, akhirnya resmi menyandang status ASN—hanya setahun sebelum pensiun.
Di sisi lain, seorang ibu hamil yang tinggal seminggu lagi menjalani persalinan juga menerima Surat Keputusan (SK) pengangkatannya.
Perjalanan Panjang Sang “Pahlawan Pelayanan”
Aladi, yang bukan asli Lombok (ayah dari Bukittinggi, ibu Jawa), telah bekerja di bagian pelayanan masyarakat sejak 2000. Meski statusnya honorer, dedikasinya tak pernah surut.
“Alhamdulillah, Allah beri kesempatan jadi PNS walau tinggal setahun lagi pensiun. Saya ingin buktikan usia bukan halangan untuk berkarya,” ujar Aladi dengan mata berkaca-kaca.
Ayah dua anak ini menegaskan komitmennya: “Masa tugas pendek bukan masalah. Saya akan tetap layani masyarakat dengan amanah sampai detik terakhir.”
Semangat Tanpa Lelah Meski Proses Berliku
Selama seleksi ASN, Aladi mengaku tak pernah lelah menghadapi tantangan. Justru, ia semakin termotivasi: “Lelah itu biasa, tapi pengabdian harus tetap prima.”
Kisahnya menjadi simbol perjuangan ratusan honorer di NTB yang menanti nasib serupa.
Ibu Hamil yang Tak Menyerah
Pelantikan kali ini juga menghadirkan momen haru lain: seorang calon ibu (nama dirahasiakan) menerima SK ASN di usia kandungan 9 bulan. “Ini hadiah terbaik untuk anak saya yang akan lahir,” katanya singkat.
Pesan untuk Pemerintah dan Honorer Lain
Aladi berpesan kepada rekan-rekan honorer: “Jangan putus asa. Selama kita bekerja ikhlas, suatu saat pasti dihargai.” Sementara Wali Kota Mataram dalam sambutannya menyatakan komitmen memperjuangkan nasib honorer berprestasi.
