PUBLIKAINDONESIA, MARTAPURA – Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banjar melalui Bidang Pembinaan SMP menggelar kegiatan pendampingan bagi calon peserta Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) jenjang SMP tahun 2025. Kegiatan berlangsung selama dua hari, 16–17 April 2025, di Aula SMPN 1 Martapura.
Pendampingan ini ditujukan untuk membekali para guru dengan pemahaman administrasi dan akademik jelang seleksi PPG.
Sekretaris Disdik Banjar, Tisnohadi Harimurti, menekankan pentingnya kesiapan guru dalam mengikuti tahapan PPG yang menjadi syarat profesionalitas pendidik.
“Melalui kegiatan ini, kami ingin memastikan para guru memahami proses PPG secara menyeluruh,” ujarnya.
Senada, Kabid Pembinaan SMP Ajidinnor menyebut kegiatan ini juga sebagai sarana memperkuat strategi belajar dan pemahaman teknis peserta.
Peserta kegiatan berasal dari berbagai SMP di Banjar yang telah memenuhi syarat administrasi. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup alur PPG, penyusunan portofolio, strategi seleksi akademik, serta penguatan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional.(FA)
