PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARMASIN – Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Kalimantan Selatan mulai menyelidiki dugaan penyimpangan dalam proyek revitalisasi Sungai Veteran di Kota Banjarmasin yang menelan anggaran sekitar Rp1 triliun.
Penyelidikan ini dilakukan setelah adanya laporan dari seorang pegiat sosial, Anang Rosadi Adenansi. Ia telah dimintai keterangan oleh penyidik selama sekitar 3,5 jam.
“Saya sudah memberikan keterangan kepada penyidik. Harapan saya, penyidik bisa memanggil mantan Wali Kota Banjarmasin, H Ibnu Sina, dan juga pihak Dinas PUPR Kota Banjarmasin,” ujar Anang kepada wartawan.
Proyek revitalisasi Sungai Veteran ini menggunakan dana pinjaman dari Bank Dunia melalui program National Urban Flood Resilience Project (NUFREP). Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin mengklaim proyek tersebut bertujuan untuk mengurangi banjir, mengatasi kemacetan di Jalan Veteran, serta menciptakan ruang terbuka hijau dan potensi wisata baru.
Namun, proyek ini menuai kritik karena pelaksanaannya dinilai justru memperburuk kondisi sungai. Salah satu sorotan utama adalah penggunaan tanah uruk untuk menimbun badan sungai. Kebijakan ini dianggap berisiko mempersempit aliran air dan berpotensi meningkatkan risiko banjir.
Hingga saat ini, Ditreskrimsus Polda Kalsel belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait hasil penyelidikan awal maupun agenda pemanggilan pihak-pihak terkait.
