PUBLIKAINDONESIA, TANAH LAUT – Gubernur Kalimantan Selatan H Muhidin, melalui Staf Ahli Bidang Pemerintahan, Hukum, dan Politik, Adi Santoso, menghadiri groundbreaking atau peletakan batu pertama pembangunan Dapur Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di Pesantren Nurul Hijrah, Jorong, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, pada Senin (26/2/25).
Acara ini menandai dimulainya pembangunan dapur MBG yang merupakan kerja sama Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) dan Induk Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Inkopontren), sebagai bagian dari program prioritas nasional Prabowo-Gibran.
Groundbreaking dilakukan oleh Adi Santoso, mewakili Gubernur Kalsel H. Muhidin, didampingi oleh Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hijrah, KH. M. Mukri Yunus, Direktur Pemberdayaan dan Partisipasi Masyarakat BGN, Tengku Syahdana, Ketua Umum Inkopontren, Hapi Jazuli, serta jajaran Forkopimda Kalsel.
Dalam sambutannya, Gubernur Kalsel yang diwakili Adi Santoso mengapresiasi Badan Gizi Nasional dan Inkopontren atas upaya mereka dalam mendukung program Makan Bergizi Gratis.
“Kesuksesan program ini dimulai dari pembangunan dapur yang memenuhi standar kelayakan, didukung SDM yang kompeten, serta manajemen yang sesuai standar operasional prosedur,” ujar Adi Santoso.
Ia juga menekankan bahwa keberadaan dapur MBG tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan gizi, tetapi juga membuka peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar.
Pasokan bahan pangan akan melibatkan UMKM dan usaha kecil lokal, termasuk yang berada di lingkungan pesantren.
“Saya berharap program ini dapat memberi manfaat luas, baik untuk peningkatan gizi anak-anak bangsa maupun bagi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Umum Inkopontren, Hapi Jazuli, mengungkapkan bahwa program ini menargetkan pembangunan 1.500 dapur MBG di seluruh Indonesia.
Langkah ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan makanan sehat dan bergizi secara gratis bagi santri dan masyarakat sekitar.
Di Kalimantan Selatan, program ini ditargetkan memberikan manfaat bagi 286 pesantren, dengan penerima utama mencapai 93.000 santri.
Jika dihitung secara luas, cakupan program MBG di Kalsel diproyeksikan mencapai 765.000 penerima manfaat, termasuk siswa di luar lingkungan pesantren.
Untuk memastikan distribusi makanan tetap berkualitas, Hapi Jazuli menjelaskan bahwa dapur MBG akan dibangun dengan jarak ideal 30–40 kilometer dari lokasi penerima manfaat.
“Kami ingin memastikan makanan yang diberikan tidak hanya gratis, tetapi juga sehat dan bergizi. Program ini menjadi langkah nyata dalam memperkuat ketahanan pangan berbasis komunitas dengan melibatkan koperasi pondok pesantren sebagai garda terdepan,” ujar Hapi Jazuli.
Pemerintah daerah berkomitmen untuk terus mendukung dan mengawasi jalannya program ini agar dapat terlaksana dengan optimal.
Di akhir sambutannya, Adi Santoso mengajak seluruh masyarakat Kalsel untuk mendukung dan mendoakan keberhasilan program ini.
“Mari kita dukung dengan segenap hati, dan kita doakan agar program ini berjalan lancar serta memberi manfaat besar, terutama bagi Banua Kalsel,” pungkasnya.
Dengan adanya dapur MBG ini, diharapkan program Makan Bergizi Gratis dapat berjalan efektif, membantu pemenuhan gizi santri, serta mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar.
