PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARMASIN – Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan melalui Bappeda resmi meluncurkan aplikasi E-Optima TJSLP, sebagai bagian dari strategi memperkuat koordinasi antara pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Perusahaan (TJSLP) atau CSR. Peluncuran ini dilakukan dalam kegiatan Gala Dinner TJSLP yang digelar di Banjarmasin, Senin (25/8/2025) malam.
Plt. Kepala Bappeda Kalsel, Galuh Tantri Narindra, menegaskan bahwa aplikasi E-Optima TJSLP merupakan langkah strategis dalam menciptakan sistem pelaksanaan CSR yang lebih terarah, transparan, dan terintegrasi dengan prioritas pembangunan daerah.
“Dengan E-Optima TJSLP, kontribusi perusahaan dapat diselaraskan dengan program prioritas yang tertuang dalam RPJMD. Sistem ini memudahkan pelaporan, menghadirkan transparansi, dan bisa diakses oleh masyarakat secara terbuka, daring, dan real time,” jelas Galuh.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan Gala Dinner TJSLP ini memiliki empat tujuan utama:
- Meningkatkan koordinasi dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan dunia usaha.
- Memperkuat silaturahmi serta berbagi pengalaman dan praktik terbaik antar pemangku kepentingan.
- Meluncurkan sistem informasi E-Optima TJSLP sebagai platform pendataan, pemantauan, dan optimalisasi program CSR berbasis spasial.
- Mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) di Kalimantan Selatan.
Lebih lanjut, Galuh menekankan bahwa pemerintah daerah tidak bisa bekerja sendiri dalam mencapai target pembangunan. Diperlukan dukungan nyata dan komitmen bersama dari sektor swasta dan masyarakat.
“Pemprov Kalsel sudah memiliki arah dan program prioritas dalam RPJMD. Tapi keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi semua pihak pemerintah, masyarakat, perusahaan, dan dunia usaha,” tambahnya.
Selain peluncuran aplikasi, forum ini juga menjadi ajang apresiasi bagi perusahaan-perusahaan yang dinilai aktif dalam mendukung percepatan pembangunan di Kalimantan Selatan melalui program CSR mereka.
Dengan adanya E-Optima TJSLP, Bappeda berharap tercipta komunikasi yang lebih baik, pemahaman bersama, serta sistem pelaporan CSR yang transparan dan akuntabel. Tujuannya adalah agar manfaat dari program TJSLP benar-benar dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat luas.
