BANJARMASIN, PUBLIKAINDONESIA – Rumah Sakit (RS) Bhayangkara Banjarmasin menyatakan kesiapannya melakukan Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) terhadap delapan korban kecelakaan helikopter BK117 D3 yang jatuh di kawasan Pegunungan Meratus, Kecamatan Mantewe, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.
Kepala Bidang Dokkes Polda Kalsel, Kombes Pol dr. Muhammad El Yandiko, Sp-An-TI, M.M., MARS, QHIA, melalui Kabid Humas Polda Kalsel, Kombes Pol Adam Erwindi, S.I.K., M.H., pada Kamis (4/9/2025) menjelaskan bahwa RS Bhayangkara telah mengaktifkan protokol penanganan korban massal.
“Diperkirakan malam ini para korban sampai di Banjarmasin. Tim Ante Mortem sudah kami kerahkan untuk mengumpulkan data, ciri khas, serta petunjuk yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pemeriksaan,” jelasnya.
Sejumlah langkah strategis disiapkan untuk mempercepat sekaligus memastikan akurasi identifikasi, antara lain:
1. Pembukaan Posko Antemortem untuk pengumpulan data keluarga korban.
2. Penyiapan Tim Antemortem guna menggali informasi spesifik, termasuk tanda fisik dan properti yang melekat.
3. Penggalian informasi holistik, tidak hanya data fisik tetapi juga keterangan pendukung lainnya.
4. Koordinasi dengan stakeholder terkait, termasuk pemeriksaan DNA.
5. Penyediaan dukungan psikologis serta layanan trauma healing bagi keluarga korban.
Dalam kecelakaan ini, tiga di antara korban merupakan warga negara asing (WNA). Polda Kalsel akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak imigrasi untuk memperlancar proses penyelidikan sekaligus pemulangan jenazah.
Data dari tim antemortem nantinya akan dicocokkan dengan hasil tim rekonsiliasi. Namun, durasi proses identifikasi tidak bisa dipastikan. Jika kondisi jenazah masih baik, proses dapat lebih cepat. Sebaliknya, jika terdapat kerusakan berat akibat terbakar atau pembusukan, maka tes DNA menjadi opsi utama, yang membutuhkan waktu lebih lama.
“Kami menyampaikan belasungkawa yang mendalam atas musibah ini. Prioritas kami adalah mengidentifikasi setiap korban dengan tepat, menghormati martabat mereka, dan memberikan dukungan penuh kepada keluarga yang berduka. Kami memohon doa agar proses ini berjalan lancar,” ujar Kabid Humas Polda Kalsel.
