PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MARTAPURA – Suasana halaman Kantor Bupati Banjar, Jumat (22/8/2025), dipenuhi sorak sorai saat berbagai lomba olahraga tradisional digelar dalam rangka memeriahkan Hari Jadi ke-75 Kabupaten Banjar.
Perlombaan yang menampilkan terompah panjang, lari karung, dan engrang ini diikuti oleh perwakilan SKPD dan BUMD. Suasana kian semarak dengan dukungan penonton yang memenuhi area kegiatan.
Wakil Bupati Banjar, Habib Said Idrus Al-Habsyie, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini bukan hanya sekadar hiburan.
“Lomba seperti ini penting untuk menambah keakraban. Selain menyemarakkan hari jadi, juga memperkuat kekompakan dalam bekerja, walaupun berbeda dinas,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Disbudporapar Banjar, Irwan Jaya, menjelaskan antusiasme peserta sangat tinggi meski hanya tiga cabang lomba yang dipertandingkan.
“Tadinya ingin menambah tarik tambang dan menyusun balok. Tapi karena waktunya singkat, hanya tiga lomba yang digelar. InsyaAllah tahun depan ditambah lagi dan dilaksanakan di tempat lebih luas,” jelasnya.
Adapun pemenang Festival Olahraga Tradisional Antar SKPD dan BUMD tahun 2025 adalah:
- Engrang Putra: Juara 1 DPRKPLH, Juara 2 Disdik, Juara 3 DPKP
- Engrang Putri: Juara 1 Disdik, Juara 2 Disporapar, Juara 3 Dinsos
- Terompah Putra: Juara 1 Disdik, Juara 2 Setda, Juara 3 Distan
- Terompah Putri: Juara 1 Disdik, Juara 2 DPKP, Juara 3 Satpol PP
- Lari Karung Putra: Juara 1 DPKP, Juara 2 Disporapar, Juara 3 Dishub
- Lari Karung Putri: Juara 1 Dishub, Juara 2 Satpol PP, Juara 3 Setwan DPRD
Irwan menambahkan, pihaknya berharap festival olahraga tradisional ini dapat menjadi agenda tahunan Pemkab Banjar.
