PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, TANAH LAUT – Kecelakaan tragis terjadi di Jalan A. Yani kawasan Gunung Rimpi, Desa Tampang, Kabupaten Tanahlaut (Tala), Rabu pagi (20/8/2025). Seorang pengendara motor bernama MA (34), warga Desa Sungai, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Tanah Bumbu, meninggal dunia di lokasi kejadian setelah motornya bertabrakan dengan truk tangki.
Kecelakaan terjadi sekitar pukul 10.00 Wita saat hujan deras mengguyur kawasan tersebut, menyebabkan jalanan licin dan rawan kecelakaan.
Motor jenis Yamaha Nmax berwarna merah dengan nomor polisi DA 4709 BK yang dikendarai MA bertabrakan keras dengan truk tangki yang datang dari arah Jorong menuju Pelaihari.
Benturan Keras, Korban Luka Parah di Kepala
Seorang saksi mata bernama Adi, warga yang kebetulan melintas tak lama setelah kejadian, mengatakan bahwa motor korban berada di tengah jalan saat truk melaju dari arah berlawanan.
“Motor korban sudah di tengah jalan. Habis itu langsung tabrakan keras. Korban masih pakai jas hujan hitam, langsung meninggal di tempat karena luka parah di kepala,” ujar Adi kepada wartawan.
Evakuasi dan Penanganan Polisi
Jenazah MA langsung dievakuasi menggunakan ambulans Tala Jaya ke RSUD H. Boejasin (RSHB) Pelaihari untuk proses identifikasi dan penanganan lebih lanjut. Pihak kepolisian dari Satlantas Polres Tanahlaut kini tengah menangani kasus kecelakaan tersebut dan melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP).
