PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menggeledah Wisma Maktour di Jalan Otista Raya, Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, Kamis sore. Penggeledahan ini terkait penyidikan dugaan korupsi penyelenggaraan ibadah haji 2024 yang diperkirakan merugikan negara lebih dari Rp 1 triliun.
Belasan petugas KPK yang dikawal aparat kepolisian keluar dari gedung sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB, membawa tiga boks kontainer plastik, dua koper, dan satu bundelan map berisi dokumen yang diduga menjadi barang bukti.
Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo membenarkan adanya penggeledahan tersebut.
“Hari ini, tim kembali melakukan giat penggeledahan di salah satu kantor pihak swasta,” ujarnya di Jakarta.
Budi menegaskan pentingnya kerja sama semua pihak dalam proses penyidikan.
“Jangan sampai ada pihak yang tidak kooperatif atau mencoba menghilangkan barang bukti,” tegasnya.
Kasus ini mulai diusut KPK pada 9 Agustus 2025, tak lama setelah pemeriksaan terhadap mantan Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas alias Gus Yaqut pada 7 Agustus.
KPK juga menggandeng Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) untuk menghitung kerugian negara. Hasil penghitungan awal per 11 Agustus menunjukkan potensi kerugian lebih dari Rp 1 triliun.
Sebagai langkah pencegahan, KPK telah mencegah tiga orang bepergian ke luar negeri, termasuk Gus Yaqut.
Di sisi lain, Pansus Angket Haji DPR menemukan kejanggalan dalam pembagian kuota tambahan haji dari Pemerintah Arab Saudi. Dari total tambahan 20.000 kuota, Kementerian Agama membagi rata: 10.000 untuk haji reguler dan 10.000 untuk haji khusus.
Kebijakan ini dinilai melanggar Pasal 64 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2019, yang mengatur kuota haji khusus maksimal 8% dan kuota reguler 92%.
Kasus dugaan korupsi haji ini menjadi sorotan luas publik, mengingat besarnya kerugian negara serta dampaknya terhadap ratusan ribu jemaah. KPK belum mengumumkan tersangka, namun sejumlah nama besar, termasuk mantan menteri, telah dimintai keterangan.
