PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU – Sidang kedua kasus pembunuhan jurnalis Banjarbaru, Juwita, kembali digelar di Pengadilan Militer (Dilmil) I-06 Banjarmasin, Kamis (8/5/2025).
Dalam persidangan ini, terdakwa Jumran, anggota aktif TNI AL asal Balikpapan, dihadirkan untuk mendengarkan kesaksian dari dua orang saksi yang merupakan rekan satu angkatan di kesatuan yang sama.
Letkol Chk Sunandi, selaku Kepala Oditurat Militer (Odmil) III-15 Banjarmasin sekaligus Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), menghadirkan kedua saksi melalui sambungan daring.
Salah satu saksi, Vicky Febrian, memberikan keterangan penting yang mengungkap adanya dugaan hubungan pribadi antara terdakwa dan korban, serta indikasi kuat bahwa pembunuhan telah direncanakan sebelumnya.
“Jumran pernah bilang dia punya masalah dengan Juwita. Dia dituntut menikahi Juwita karena Juwita menyimpan foto dirinya tanpa busana,” ungkap Vicky dalam persidangan.
Vicky menuturkan bahwa dirinya sempat menanggapi candaan Jumran yang pernah berkata, “Apa saya bunuh saja Juwita?” Namun, pernyataan yang awalnya dianggap bercanda itu, ternyata menjadi kenyataan.
Pada malam kejadian, 22 Maret 2025 pukul 23.00 WITA, Vicky mengaku bahwa Jumran datang ke markas Satuan Polisi Militer (Satpom) dan mengaku baru saja membunuh Juwita.
“Saya culik Juwita dari rumahnya, menyamar sebagai anggota pasukan khusus, lalu saya bunuh dan buat seolah-olah seperti kecelakaan tunggal,” ujar Vicky, menirukan pengakuan Jumran.
Lebih lanjut, Jumran juga disebut sempat memaksa Vicky menghapus aplikasi pemesanan tiket pesawat dari ponselnya untuk menghilangkan jejak.
“Awalnya saya menolak, tapi akhirnya terpaksa menghapus karena terus dipaksa oleh Jumran,” ujarnya.
Dalam persidangan, terungkap pula bahwa Jumran menjalin hubungan dengan perempuan lain bernama Ratih yang tinggal di Kendari sejak tahun 2021.
Hubungan ini diduga menjadi alasan utama Jumran menolak menikahi Juwita dan akhirnya memilih menyelesaikan masalahnya secara tragis.
“Dia punya pacar di Kendari. Hubungan mereka sudah lama, itu sebabnya dia tidak mau bertanggung jawab terhadap Juwita,” pungkas Vicky.
Sidang ini menjadi salah satu babak penting dalam mengungkap fakta-fakta di balik kasus tragis yang menyita perhatian publik ini. Sidang lanjutan dijadwalkan akan digelar dalam waktu dekat.
