PUBLIKAINDONESIA,Jakarta – Polri secara resmi menetapkan FWLS, mantan Kapolres Ngada, sebagai tersangka dalam kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur. Keputusan ini disampaikan dalam konferensi pers di Mabes Polri pada Kamis (13/3). Penegakan hukum terhadap FWLS dilakukan dari dua aspek, yakni kode etik dan tindak pidana.
“Polri konsisten menindak tegas setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan personel, terutama yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan anak,” tegas Brigjen Pol. Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri.
Hasil pemeriksaan mengungkap bahwa FWLS melakukan pelecehan terhadap tiga anak berusia 6, 13, dan 16 tahun, serta seorang perempuan dewasa berinisial SHDR (20). Selain itu, ia juga diduga menyalahgunakan narkoba dan menyebarluaskan konten pornografi anak.
Dari aspek kode etik, FWLS telah diperiksa sejak 24 Februari 2025 dan dijadwalkan menjalani Sidang Kode Etik Profesi Polri (KKEP) pada 17 Maret 2025. Brigjen Pol. Agus, Karo Wat Prof Divisi Propam Polri, menyatakan bahwa FWLS terancam sanksi Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH).
Sementara itu, dari aspek hukum pidana, FWLS diduga tidak hanya menyimpan tetapi juga menyebarluaskan konten asusila anak melalui dark web. “Barang bukti berupa tiga unit handphone telah diamankan dan tengah diperiksa di laboratorium forensik digital,” ungkap Brigjen Pol. Himawan Bayu Aji, Dir Tipid Siber Bareskrim Polri.
FWLS dijerat dengan pasal berlapis, termasuk UU Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual dan UU ITE, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara serta denda hingga Rp1 miliar. Kompolnas turut mengawal jalannya penyidikan untuk memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam penanganan kasus ini.
Mengingat korban dalam kasus ini adalah anak-anak, lembaga seperti KPAI, Kementerian Sosial, dan Kemen PPPA turut memberikan pendampingan. Ketua KPAI, Aimariati Solihah, menekankan pentingnya perlindungan psikososial bagi korban agar dapat pulih dari trauma.
Polri menegaskan bahwa proses penyidikan dilakukan dengan pendekatan scientific crime investigation untuk memastikan seluruh bukti diuji secara akademis. “Tidak ada kompromi terhadap pelanggaran hukum, terutama yang menyangkut perlindungan anak,” tutup Brigjen Trunoyudo.(FA)
