PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARMASIN – Gerakan Pramuka Kalimantan Selatan resmi memiliki nahkoda baru! Musyawarah Daerah Luar Biasa (Musdalub) II yang digelar pada Selasa (19/8) di Banjarmasin, menetapkan Hj Fathul Jannah Muhidin yang juga Ketua TP PKK Kalsel sebagai Ketua Kwartir Daerah (Kwarda) Gerakan Pramuka Kalsel untuk periode 2025–2030 secara aklamasi.
Latar Belakang dan Proses Penetapan
- Hj Fathul Jannah menjadi calon tunggal setelah seluruh peserta Musdalub memberikan dukungan penuh.
- Pengukuhan ini menyusul pengunduran diri Hasnuryadi Sulaiman, Wakil Gubernur Kalsel, dari jabatan Ketua Kwarda yang sebelumnya terpilih secara aklamasi pada Mei 2025 karena ia terpilih menjadi Ketua DPD Partai Golkar Kalsel 2025–2030 dan harus mematuhi AD/ART Gerakan Pramuka yang melarang rangkap jabatan antara pimpinan kwartir dengan partai politik.
Sidang Musdalub dipimpin oleh Muhammad Rusli dan membacakan surat pengunduran diri Hasnuryadi serta surat kesediaan Fathul Jannah. Musdalub ditutup dengan pengesahan SK Nomor 06/Musdalub/Kalsel/2025.
Pelantikan dan Agenda Lanjutan
- Menurut Ketua Harian Kwarda Kalsel, Achmadi, pelantikan Fathul Jannah dijadwalkan pada 26 Agustus 2025, bertepatan dengan peringatan Hari Pramuka tingkat Kabupaten Tabalong.
- Acara pelantikan juga akan dirangkaikan dengan pelantikan lima Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab): Tabalong, Tanah Bumbu, Kotabaru, Banjar, dan Banjarbaru.
Dukungan dari Pemerintah Daerah
- Musdalub dibuka oleh Ketua Majelis Pembimbing Daerah (Mabida) yang juga Gubernur Kalsel, H. Muhidin, melalui Adi Santoso, Staf Ahli bidang Pemerintahan, Hukum, dan Politik. Ia menyampaikan apresiasi atas kelancaran Musdalub dan optimisme bahwa Gerakan Pramuka Banua akan terus berkembang.

Dengan kepemimpinan Fathul Jannah, Gerakan Pramuka Kalsel diharapkan makin kuat, aktif, dan menjadi sarana penting membentuk karakter generasi muda berlandaskan semangat pengabdian dan keikhlasan.
