PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, KOTABARU – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kotabaru terus mematangkan persiapan menuju ajang Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) XII Kalimantan Selatan, yang akan digelar pada 1 November 2025 di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Dalam rangka menyatukan langkah seluruh elemen, rapat koordinasi lanjutan digelar di Aula Bamega, Kamis (7/8/2025).
Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kotabaru, Eka Saprudin, serta dihadiri jajaran SKPD, perwakilan KONI, dan pengurus cabang olahraga (cabor).
Dalam arahannya, Sekda Eka Saprudin menegaskan pentingnya menjaga semangat juang seluruh atlet, pelatih, dan pendukung kontingen meskipun keterbatasan anggaran masih menjadi tantangan utama.
“Kita harus tetap optimis. Walaupun anggaran terbatas, semangat jangan turun. Target kita bisa masuk tiga besar di klasemen akhir,” tegas Eka.
Ia juga menekankan bahwa seluruh proses administrasi dan teknis harus segera dituntaskan, terutama bagi atlet pelajar dan pekerja yang membutuhkan surat izin agar tidak terkendala saat pelaksanaan pertandingan nanti.
Training Center untuk 500 Atlet, 150 Pelatih
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (Disparpora) Kotabaru, Sony Tua Halomoan, menyampaikan bahwa persiapan fisik atlet dilakukan melalui training center (TC) selama 40 hari.
“TC akan diikuti oleh 500 atlet dan 150 pelatih. Pelaksanaannya fleksibel, disesuaikan dengan kondisi keuangan dan kesiapan cabor masing-masing,” jelas Sony.
SK Kontingen Jadi Prioritas, 35 Cabor Hadir
Rapat juga membahas percepatan penerbitan SK Kontingen, dokumen penting yang menjadi dasar pengurusan logistik seperti akomodasi, perlengkapan, dan jadwal latihan.
Dari total 42 cabang olahraga yang akan diberangkatkan ke PORPROV, sebanyak 35 cabor telah hadir dalam rapat. Beberapa yang belum sempat hadir meliputi atletik, aquatic, aeromodelling, karate, panahan, dan sepak takraw.
Bonus Rp500 Juta Siap untuk Atlet Berprestasi
Tidak hanya fokus pada persiapan teknis, Pemkab Kotabaru juga menunjukkan komitmen terhadap kesejahteraan atlet. Pemerintah telah menyiapkan anggaran awal sebesar Rp500 juta untuk bonus atlet berprestasi, yang bisa bertambah jika target tiga besar tercapai.
“Ini bentuk apresiasi kami terhadap para atlet. Kalau target tercapai, tentu bonus juga akan ditingkatkan,” tambah Sony.
Dengan koordinasi yang solid, tekad yang kuat, dan semangat yang tinggi, Kotabaru optimis tampil sebagai salah satu kekuatan utama di PORPROV XII Kalsel 2025.
Seluruh pihak kini diharapkan bersinergi, menyatukan langkah demi mengharumkan nama Kotabaru di panggung olahraga tertinggi tingkat provinsi.
