PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, TANAH BUMBU– Sebanyak 1.734 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) resmi dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatannya oleh Bupati Tanah Bumbu, H Andi Rudi Latif, di Pendopo Serambi Madinah, Kantor Bupati Tanah Bumbu, Rabu (28/5/2025).
Mereka yang dilantik terdiri dari Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS), Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK), serta Kepala Sekolah tingkat TK, SD, dan SMP.
Proses pelantikan dilakukan secara serentak dan berlangsung khidmat, disaksikan Wakil Bupati H. Bahsanudin, Pj Sekretaris Daerah Yulian Herawati, anggota DPRD Tanah Bumbu Makhruri, serta seluruh kepala SKPD.
Bupati Andi Rudi Latif atau yang akrab disapa Bang Arul, menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) secara simbolis kepada tiga perwakilan, masing-masing satu orang dari unsur Kepala Sekolah, PPPK, dan CPNS.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada para ASN yang dilantik dan berharap keberadaan mereka dapat memperkuat pelayanan publik serta menjadi motor penggerak pembangunan di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.
“Kepada para Kepala Sekolah, saya harap dapat membawa inovasi, semangat, dan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Mari kita wujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan merata demi masa depan generasi penerus,” ujarnya.
Bupati juga mengapresiasi perjuangan dan kerja keras para CPNS dan PPPK yang telah melalui proses seleksi ketat, objektif, dan transparan. Ia menekankan pentingnya integritas, profesionalisme, serta tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai abdi negara.
“ASN bukan sekadar status, tapi peran strategis dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi pembangunan daerah. Jadikan momentum ini sebagai awal pengabdian yang bermakna dan penuh semangat,” tegasnya.
Bupati turut mengingatkan agar seluruh ASN menjunjung tinggi nilai dasar ASN seperti akuntabilitas, kompetensi, loyalitas, dan kolaborasi.
Selain itu, khusus bagi CPNS yang berasal dari luar daerah, ia mengajak untuk menyatukan tekad membangun Tanah Bumbu melalui semangat berAKSI (Amanah, Kreatif, Sinergis, Inovatif).
Sebagai informasi, dari total 1.734 orang yang dilantik, sebanyak 102 orang merupakan tenaga pendidik, 218 orang tenaga kesehatan, dan 1.414 orang tenaga teknis.
Pelantikan ini diharapkan menjadi titik awal peningkatan kualitas birokrasi dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Tanah Bumbu, menuju pemerintahan yang lebih baik dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan rakyat.
