PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJAR – Kasus pembunuhan keji disertai mutilasi yang sempat menggemparkan warga Paramasan, Kabupaten Banjar, akhirnya menemui titik terang. FT (28), istri korban, dan PP (34), kakak iparnya, resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka utama dalam kasus kematian tragis DI, yang tak lain adalah suami dari FT dan adik ipar dari PP.
Kedua tersangka memperagakan 43 adegan rekonstruksi yang mengungkap secara rinci detik-detik pembunuhan sadis tersebut. Rekonstruksi dilakukan di halaman Satreskrim Polres Banjar, Kamis (7/8/2025), di bawah pengawalan ketat aparat kepolisian.
Kapolres Banjar, AKBP Dr. Fadli, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si, menjelaskan bahwa kasus ini bermula dari pertengkaran rumah tangga yang terjadi di sebuah pondok wilayah Paramasan pada 18 Juli 2025. Pertengkaran yang dipicu oleh kecemburuan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) akhirnya berujung pada pembunuhan sadis.
“Rekonstruksi ini bertujuan agar penyidik dapat melihat secara nyata dan runtut bagaimana kejadian berlangsung, mulai dari awal pertengkaran hingga terjadinya tindakan pembunuhan dan mutilasi,” jelas Kapolres Fadli.
Menurut hasil penyelidikan, korban sempat memukul FT, yang diduga memicu amarah dan membuat pelaku kehilangan kendali. FT bersama PP kemudian melakukan aksi pembunuhan, disertai mutilasi terhadap korban.
Motif: Cemburu dan Kekerasan Rumah Tangga
Polisi menduga bahwa kecemburuan dan kekerasan yang dialami FT menjadi pemicu utama. Kapolres menegaskan bahwa kasus ini juga termasuk dalam kategori KDRT, mengingat adanya tindak kekerasan yang dilakukan korban sebelum kejadian.
“Pelaku diduga mengalami gelap mata setelah mendapat perlakuan kasar dari korban. Kasus ini sangat kompleks karena melibatkan dinamika hubungan keluarga yang rumit,” tambah Fadli.
Kasus ini menyita perhatian publik karena tidak hanya melibatkan tindakan sadis, tapi juga dinamika keluarga yang tragis. Kepolisian berkomitmen untuk mendalami setiap peran pelaku agar proses hukum dapat berjalan transparan dan adil.
“Kami akan terus mendalami motif dan peran masing-masing tersangka secara objektif. Ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa keadilan ditegakkan,” tutup Kapolres Banjar.
