BANJARBARU, PUBLIKAINDONESIA – Dewan Pengurus Daerah Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia (DPD IWAPI) Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan menggelar Rapat Kerja Daerah (Rakerda) III di Kota Banjarbaru, Selasa (22/7/2025).
Kegiatan ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Gubernur Kalsel H. Muhidin yang diwakili oleh Plt. Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra Setdaprov Kalsel, Muhamad Muslim. Hadir pula Ketua BKOW Kalsel drg. Ellyana Trisya, Ketua DWP Kalsel Masrupah Syarifuddin, serta Ketua Umum DPP IWAPI Nita Yudi.
Dalam sambutannya, Muhamad Muslim menegaskan bahwa pengusaha wanita memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah.
“Pengusaha wanita adalah motor penggerak ekonomi yang mendorong tumbuhnya pemberdayaan, kesejahteraan, dan kemakmuran,” tegasnya.
Ia juga mengapresiasi langkah IWAPI dalam meningkatkan kapasitas anggota, mendorong inovasi produk, dan memperluas akses pasar.
“Rakerda ini momentum penting untuk memperkuat sinergi antara pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan IWAPI dalam mewujudkan kemajuan bersama,” tambahnya.
Ketua DPD IWAPI Kalsel, Shinta Laksmi Dewi, menyampaikan bahwa Rakerda III merupakan puncak dari rangkaian RAKERCAP yang telah dilaksanakan di seluruh kabupaten/kota se-Kalimantan Selatan.
“Forum ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan program kerja satu tahun ke depan, mengevaluasi capaian saat ini, serta menyusun rekomendasi strategis untuk dibawa ke Rakernas IWAPI,” jelasnya.
Sekitar 275 peserta dan peninjau dari seluruh wilayah Kalsel turut hadir dalam Rakerda ini. Salah satu program prioritas yang akan dijalankan adalah mendukung ketahanan pangan melalui pemberdayaan petani perempuan.
“IWAPI akan membantu melalui subsidi pupuk dan bibit, serta menggandeng Bumdes dan Kadin dalam memperkuat sektor pertanian,” ungkap Shinta.
