PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU – Gubernur Kalimantan Selatan, H. Muhidin, secara resmi melantik empat anggota Dewan Komisaris baru Bank Kalsel untuk masa jabatan 2025–2030. Pelantikan berlangsung khidmat di Gedung Dr. KH. Idham Chalid, Kota Banjarbaru, pada Senin pagi (14/7/2025), sekaligus menjadi momen penyerahan dividen dan dana CSR senilai puluhan miliar rupiah kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Kalsel.
Empat komisaris yang dilantik berdasarkan Keputusan OJK Nomor KEPR-71/D.03/2025 tersebut adalah:

Riza Aulia sebagai Komisaris Independen

Hj. Karmila Muhidin sebagai Komisaris Non Independen

Widya Ais Sahla sebagai Komisaris Independen
Keempatnya telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan dan menandatangani dokumen resmi pengangkatan, untuk masa bakti lima tahun ke depan.
Dalam sambutannya, Gubernur Muhidin menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kinerja dan integritas dalam menjalankan amanah sebagai pengawas bank daerah.
“Amanah yang diberikan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan publik yang maksimal. Dewan Komisaris memiliki peran strategis sebagai pengawas dalam memastikan Bank Kalsel tetap berada pada jalur yang sehat dan berkelanjutan,” ujar Muhidin.
Menurutnya, Dewan Komisaris tak hanya bertugas mengawasi performa keuangan, tetapi juga mendorong kontribusi nyata Bank Kalsel sebagai motor penggerak perekonomian daerah.
Dividen dan CSR Diserahkan
Usai pelantikan, Direktur Utama Bank Kalsel, Fachrudin, menyerahkan dividen Tahun Buku 2024 sebesar Rp 54,59 miliar kepada Pemprov Kalsel. Selain itu, diserahkan pula dana CSR untuk alokasi Tahun 2025 senilai Rp 3,76 miliar.
Sementara itu, kontribusi dari BUMD lainnya juga hadir dalam momen tersebut. Direktur Utama PT Bangun Banua Kalsel, Afrizaldi, menyerahkan dividen Perseroda sebagai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) senilai Rp 8,17 miliar untuk periode 2024–2025.
Total penyerahan dana dari kedua BUMD ini menegaskan komitmen perusahaan daerah dalam mendukung keuangan daerah serta pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kalimantan Selatan.
