PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MARTAPURA – Setelah berlangsung selama empat hari penuh semangat dan syiar Islam, Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) Nasional ke-48 Tingkat Kabupaten Banjar resmi ditutup oleh Wakil Bupati Banjar, Habib Idrus Al Habsyi, pada Kamis (11/9/2025) malam di Desa Kelampayan, Kecamatan Astambul.
Malam penutupan menjadi momen membanggakan bagi Kecamatan Astambul yang berhasil keluar sebagai juara umum, sekaligus menyabet penghargaan terbaik pada kategori pawai taaruf dengan nilai impresif 86,83 poin. Dengan kemenangan ini, Astambul resmi memboyong piala bergilir Bupati Banjar.
Dalam sambutannya, Wabup Habib Idrus menegaskan bahwa MTQ bukan sekadar ajang kompetisi, melainkan wahana memperkuat ukhuwah islamiah, menumbuhkan cinta Al-Qur’an, dan memperdalam pemahaman terhadap isi kitab suci umat Islam tersebut.
“MTQ adalah sarana menghidupkan syiar Islam di tengah masyarakat. Ini bukan sekadar lomba, tapi juga pendidikan dan pembinaan umat,” ujar Habib Idrus.
Ia juga menyoroti nilai spiritual pelaksanaan MTQ ke-48 tahun ini yang terasa lebih istimewa karena digelar tak jauh dari makam ulama besar Kalimantan, Syech Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari atau Datuk Kelampayan, yang dikenal sebagai tokoh penyebar Islam di Banua.
Wabup turut menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh panitia, dewan hakim, peserta, serta masyarakat yang telah mendukung suksesnya pelaksanaan MTQ ini. Kepada para juara, ia memberikan pesan agar tak berhenti di podium kemenangan saja, tapi juga terus meningkatkan pengamalan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
“Yang berprestasi kami ucapkan selamat, semoga ini jadi motivasi. Dan yang belum berhasil, jangan berkecil hati. Usaha mempelajari Al-Qur’an adalah ibadah yang sangat mulia,” pesannya.
Sebagai penutup, diumumkan juga bahwa Kecamatan Martapura Timur akan menjadi tuan rumah MTQ ke-49 tahun 2026 mendatang.(ADV)
