PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, KOTABARU- Bupati Kotabaru Sayed Ja’far Alaydrus kunjungan kerja sekaligus meresmikan Jembatan Kuning Sejahtera Jaya Abadi (SJA) di Desa Teluk Sirih, Kecamatan Pulau Laut Selatan, Selasa (29/10/2024).
Jembatan dengan panjang 200 meter berwarna kuning ini, memiliki ornamen ikan Todak di sepanjang pagarnya, seperti yang ada pada simbol Kabupaten Kotabaru.
Menghubungkan Desa Sungai Bulan dan Desa Teluk Sirih, Jembatan SJA diberi nama oleh Bupati Kotabaru.
Bupati Kotabaru mengatakan, dengan selesainya serta diresmikannya Jembatan Kuning SJA dapat membantu aktivitas dan meningkatkan perekonomian.
Selain itu, interaksi sosial antar warga akan semakin terjalin dengan baik dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat luas, khususnya Desa Teluk Sirih dan Desa Sungai Bulan.
“Jembatan ini bukan sekadar infrastruktur fisik. Jembatan ini adalah simbol konektivitas, aksesibilitas, dan kemudahan bagi masyarakat kita,” ucap Bupati dalam sambutannya.
Diharapkan, masyarakat dapat menikmati dan memanfaatkan infrastruktur ini dengan baik, menjaga dan merawat Jembatan Kuning SJA agar dapat digunakan secara nyaman dan aman.
“Terus berperan aktif dalam pembangunan daerah di Kabupaten Kotabaru.Dengan bersama-sama kita bisa mewujudkan harapan dan cita-cita untuk masyarakat yang lebih baik,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Camat Pulau Laut Selatan Burhanuddin mengucapkan selamat datang dan terima kasih kepada Bupati Kotabaru karena telah berkenan hadir untuk meresmikan jembatan penghubung antara Desa ini.
“Terima kasih kami ucapkan mewakili masyarakat Pulau Laut Selatan kepada Pemda Kotabaru, khususnya Bupati Kotabaru, mengingat penting dan sangat dibutuhkannya jembatan ini sebagai akses jalan untuk masyarakat kami seperti anak sekolah, pengangkutan barang dan lainnya,” tutur Burhanuddin.
Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa selama ini akses jalan terbaik dari arah Desa Teluk Sirih harus memutar ke jalan poros dengan jarak tempuh kurang lebih 5 kilometer.
“Dengan terbangunnya jembatan ini, marilah kita bersama-sama menjaganya agar bisa terus digunakan dan dimanfaatkan,” pungkasnya. Juga hadir dalam peresmian jembatan ini, Kapolsek Pulau Laut Selatan, Danramil Pulau laut Selatan, kepala SKPD, perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan tamu Undangan.
