PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, JAKARTA – Pemerintah mempercepat penyaluran bantuan sosial (bansos) berupa beras kepada masyarakat. Percepatan ini dilakukan setelah terbitnya Anggaran Belanja Tambahan (ABT) dalam Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) per 3 Juli 2025.
Langkah ini menjadi respon cepat pemerintah terhadap kenaikan harga beras di pasar serta sebagai bagian dari upaya mengakselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional pada Kuartal III 2025.
Deputi Bidang Ketersediaan dan Stabilisasi Pangan Bapanas, I Gusti Ketut Astawa, menyampaikan bahwa proses persiapan penyaluran bansos kini tengah berlangsung.
“Dengan telah terbitnya ABT dan diterimanya data penerima bantuan pangan, Badan Pangan Nasional mempercepat proses persiapan penyaluran bantuan beras. Kita harapkan penyaluran ini bisa dimulai pada minggu kedua Juli 2025,” ujar Ketut dalam keterangan tertulis, Sabtu (5/7/2025).
Sasar 18,2 Juta Penerima, Alokasi Juni–Juli Disalurkan Sekaligus
Program bansos ini menyasar 18.277.083 Penerima Bantuan Pangan (PBP), sebagaimana ditetapkan melalui Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) Nomor 4 Tahun 2025. Masing-masing penerima akan mendapatkan 20 kilogram beras sebagai alokasi untuk bulan Juni dan Juli 2025.
Ketut menegaskan bahwa program ini tidak hanya berperan sebagai bantalan sosial, tetapi juga mendukung kebijakan makro pemerintah.
“Program bantuan pangan beras ini akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, karena realisasi anggarannya akan berdampak langsung pada triwulan ketiga tahun ini,” tambahnya.

Sementara itu, Kepala Bapanas Arief Prasetyo Adi menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah agar program berjalan tepat waktu, tepat sasaran, dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat.
“Program ini merupakan instrumen strategis pemerintah dalam menjaga daya beli masyarakat serta stabilitas pasokan dan harga pangan. Kita harus pastikan program ini berjalan optimal dan manfaatnya benar-benar dirasakan rakyat,” tegas Arief.
Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, harga beras mengalami tekanan inflasi akibat faktor cuaca dan gangguan distribusi. Pemerintah menilai percepatan bansos ini adalah langkah antisipatif untuk meredam gejolak harga serta menjaga stabilitas sosial ekonomi.
Program bansos ini juga merupakan kelanjutan dari strategi jangka menengah pemerintah dalam menghadapi gejolak pangan global, sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan pangan nasional.
