PUBLIKAINDONESIA, MARTAPURA – Banjir yang melanda Kabupaten Banjar memicu berbagai permasalahan kesehatan di tengah masyarakat.
Menanggapi kondisi tersebut, Tim Satuan Penanganan Bencana (Satgana) PMI Kabupaten Banjar bekerja sama dengan Tim Krisis Kesehatan Regional Kalimantan Selatan turun langsung memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada warga terdampak pada Selasa (28/1/2025).
Koordinator Kegiatan Pelayanan Kesehatan, Aminullah, menjelaskan bahwa tim menyisir Desa Tajau Landung dan Keliling Benteng Ulu untuk memberikan pemeriksaan kesehatan dari rumah ke rumah.
“Pelayanan kesehatan ini mencakup pemeriksaan fisik, pengecekan tekanan darah, penyuluhan kesehatan, serta pemberian obat-obatan, termasuk salep untuk gatal-gatal dan obat sesuai keluhan warga,” ungkapnya.
Ia juga mengapresiasi dukungan dari Tim Krisis Regional Kalsel yang turut serta dalam membantu masyarakat terdampak.
Keluhan Warga Didominasi Demam dan Luka-Luka
Dokter Aden, yang turut dalam tim medis, mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar warga mengalami keluhan demam, batuk, serta luka-luka akibat tertimpa kayu dan tertusuk paku.
“Banyak warga mengalami luka-luka yang berisiko infeksi dan membutuhkan penanganan tenaga medis. Semua kami layani tanpa terkecuali,” jelasnya.
Selain pelayanan kesehatan, Tim Satgana PMI Kabupaten Banjar juga bersiaga 24 jam untuk memberikan layanan ambulans, pertolongan pertama, serta evakuasi bagi warga yang membutuhkan.
Upaya ini menjadi bentuk kepedulian terhadap masyarakat terdampak banjir, sekaligus memastikan kondisi kesehatan mereka tetap terjaga di tengah situasi darurat.
