PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BATULICIN – Sebanyak tujuh atlet panahan junior dari Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu mewakili daerah mereka dalam ajang Kejuaraan Nasional (Kejurnas) Panahan Junior 2025, yang berlangsung di Stadion Super Soccer Arena, Kudus, Jawa Tengah, mulai 27 Juni hingga 5 Juli 2025.
Dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua Umum Perpani Tanah Bumbu, H. Hasanuddin, para atlet muda ini hadir bukan hanya sebagai peserta, tetapi sebagai duta daerah yang membawa semangat dan optimisme tinggi.
“Seluruh atlet dalam kondisi terbaik dan siap bertanding. Kami membawa nama baik Tanah Bumbu dan berharap bisa memberikan hasil yang membanggakan,” ujar Hasanuddin saat ditemui, Sabtu (28/6/2025).
Rombongan atlet sudah tiba lebih awal di Kudus, sebagai langkah strategis untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi lokasi lomba. Sebelumnya, mereka telah menjalani latihan intensif, meliputi aspek teknis, fisik, dan mental, guna menghadapi persaingan ketat di level nasional.
Kejurnas tahun ini bertajuk Milklife Archery Challenge, dan menjadi ajang prestisius bagi atlet muda dari 28 provinsi se-Indonesia. Acara ini juga menjadi bagian dari proses seleksi atlet yang akan mewakili Indonesia di kejuaraan tingkat internasional mendatang. Kejuaraan dibuka secara resmi oleh Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga RI, Dito Ariotedjo.
Hasanuddin berharap keikutsertaan ini dapat menjadi motivasi bagi anak-anak muda Tanah Bumbu untuk terus mengembangkan potensi, khususnya di bidang olahraga panahan.
“Kami ingin menanamkan semangat berjuang sejak dini. Semoga ini menjadi awal dari lahirnya atlet-atlet panahan berprestasi nasional bahkan internasional dari Tanah Bumbu,” pungkasnya.
