PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU- Satreskrim Polres Banjarbaru telah mengamankan pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan di kawasan warung malam Jalan Gubernur Soebardjo, Kecamatan Liang Anggang, Selasa (15/10/2024) dini hari.
“Pelaku Laki-laki inisial AG (39) warga Gang Sejahtera Landasan Ulin Barat diamankan saat masih di Jalan Gubernur Soebardjo Liang Anggang beberapa saat setelah kejadian,” ungkap Kapolres Banjarbaru, AKBP Dody Harza Kusumah melalui Kasi Humas AKP Syahruji.
Peristiwa tersebut lanjut AKP Syahruji berawal sekitar pukul 00.30 Wita, saat seorang pemilik warung MM meminta tolong kepada AG untuk mengusir tiga orang yang ada di warungnya.
“Pelaku mengusir tiga orang tersebut, dua orang diantaranya pergi dan salah satunya yang kemudian menjadi korban, tidak terima dan malah memukul pelaku saat diusir itu,” bilangnya.
Lanjut AKP Syahruji, pelaku yang tersulut emosi saat diberi bogem mentah, langsung mengeluarkan senjata tajam yang dibawanya dan menusuk korban sebanyak dua kali.
“Satu tusukan di perut dan satunya bagian dada sebelah kiri. korban langsung tersungkur bersimbah darah,” terangnya
Senjata tajam yang digunakan pelaku dalam peristiwa tersebut, juga dikatakan AKP Syahruji telah turut diamankan.
“Pelaku bakal dijerat pasal 338 KUHP tentang pembunuhan, yang berbunyi barang siapa dengan sengaja merampas nyawa orang lain, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama lima belas tahun,” pungkasnya.
