PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MARTAPURA – Setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam perkara pertambangan mineral dan batubara, Direktur Utama (Dirut) PT Baramarta (Perseroda) RA, akan menjalani sidang perdana.
Dari jadwal sidang di halaman Website PN Banjarbaru, sidang pertama perkara tersebut akan dilaksanakan pada Kamis (7/11/2024) di PN Banjarbaru.
Komisaris Utama PT Baramarta, Siti Mahmudah, saat ditemui media ini dan menanyakan hal tersebut, membenarkan dan telah mengetahui tentang jadwal sidang pertama perkara itu.
“Saya baru mengetahuinya beberapa waktu lalu terkait masalah sidang itu,” akunya pada Selasa (5/11/2024).
Untuk status RA di Perusahaan Daerah, Mahmudah menyatakan bahwa masih sama seperti yang disampaikannya beberapa waktu lalu.
“Sesuai yang saya sampaikan dulu bahwa statusnya yang sempat diberhentikan sementara itu kembali menjadi Direktur Utama (Dirut) Perusahaan dan itu terjadi lantaran pada saat RUPS pihak kami tidak memberikan keputusan untuk menetapkan apakah yang bersangkutan diberhentikan secara permanen atau tidak, tetapi itu tidak dilakukan, sehingga jabatannya dikembalikan,” katanya.
Lanjut Mahmudah, Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) untuk membahas terkait status tersangka dalam perkara itu, telah beberapa kali diminta pihaknya agar dilaksanakan tetapi hingga hari ini belum juga dapat dilakukan.
“Kami selalu mengingatkan kepada pihak manajemen kapan pelaksanaanya tetapi sampai hari ini belum ada kejelasan, soalnya RUPS untuk pengambilan keputusan harus dihadiri pemegang saham mayoritas dan itu Kepala Daerah yakni Bupati Banjar, tetapikan saat ini kita ketahui memasuki pencalonan, kalaupun itu diserahkan pada PJS yang ada beliau juga tidak bisa karena tidak ada wewenang untuk itu,” jelasnya.
Mahmudah juga mengaku, telah koordinasikan hal itu ke Asisten II dan Bagian Ekonomi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banjar, namun untuk pengambilan keputusan bukan kewenangan mereka termasuk pihak komisaris PT Baramarta.
“Sampai sekarang belum ada kejelasan apakah yang bersangkutan itu diteruskan atau diberhentikan dari jabatannya, karena kami tidak ada kewenangan untuk mengambil keputusan,” tegasnya.
Saat konfirmasi dengan Komisaris Utama PT Baramarta ini, juga terungkap adanya tersangka lain dalam perkara ini.
“Iya untuk tersangka 2 orang, pertama Dirut Baramarta dan kedua dari Manjemen Operasional,” sebut Mahmudah.
