PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU – Demi menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan sehat, Pemerintah Kabupaten Banjar melalui Dinas Kesehatan menggelar Sosialisasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) bagi kantor pemerintahan dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan (fasyankes), Rabu (10/9/2025), bertempat di Hotel Roditha, Banjarbaru.
Acara resmi dibuka oleh Wakil Bupati Banjar, Habib Idrus Al Habsyi, dan dihadiri para kepala OPD, pimpinan instansi vertikal, serta narasumber dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalsel dan Disnakertrans Provinsi Kalsel.
Dalam sambutannya, Wakil Bupati menekankan bahwa penerapan K3 bukan hanya soal formalitas, tapi benar-benar menyangkut keselamatan dan kenyamanan seluruh pegawai, termasuk mereka yang bekerja di fasilitas kesehatan.
“Tujuan utama sosialisasi ini bukan cuma memenuhi kewajiban administratif, tapi untuk membangun tempat kerja yang aman, sehat, nyaman, dan produktif,” ujar Habib Idrus.
Ia mengingatkan bahwa berbagai potensi bahaya bisa saja muncul di tempat kerja—mulai dari ergonomi yang buruk, risiko kebakaran, penanganan pasien, hingga paparan bahan biologis. Karena itu, penting bagi setiap instansi untuk memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip K3 secara menyeluruh.
Sementara itu, Plt Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Banjar, Noorifansyah, menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran lintas sektor terhadap pentingnya K3.
“Melalui sosialisasi ini, kami ingin peserta bisa mengenali potensi bahaya sejak dini, tahu langkah pencegahannya, dan mampu membangun kolaborasi antarinstansi untuk implementasi K3 yang berkelanjutan,” jelasnya.
Ia juga mengajak semua peserta untuk aktif terlibat dalam diskusi dan menyerap materi dari para narasumber demi menciptakan perubahan nyata di tempat kerja masing-masing.
Sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal memperkuat budaya kerja yang aman, sehat, dan berorientasi pada pencegahan risiko baik di kantor pemerintahan maupun fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menjadi garda terdepan pelayanan publik.(ADV)
