PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MARTAPURA – Upaya mendekatkan layanan hukum ke masyarakat terus dilakukan. Kali ini, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Kemenkumham) Kalimantan Selatan, Alex Comas Pinem, bersama jajaran, melakukan audiensi sekaligus silaturahmi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Banjar di Mahligai Sultan Adam, Martapura, Jumat (12/9/2025) pagi.
Kunjungan tersebut disambut langsung oleh Bupati Banjar, H Saidi Mansyur, dan menjadi forum penting untuk membahas rencana pembentukan Pos Bantuan Hukum (Posbakum) di 277 desa dan 13 kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Banjar.
Dalam pertemuan, Alex menegaskan bahwa kehadiran Posbakum adalah langkah strategis untuk memperluas akses terhadap keadilan, khususnya bagi masyarakat pedesaan yang selama ini mungkin merasa jauh atau kesulitan dalam mendapatkan layanan hukum.
“Dengan adanya Posbakum, masyarakat tidak perlu lagi bingung jika menghadapi persoalan hukum. Mereka bisa mendapatkan mediasi, saran, dan pendampingan tanpa harus langsung ke pengadilan,” jelas Alex.
Ia menambahkan, pendekatan yang digunakan bukan hanya formal, tapi juga berbasis musyawarah dan mufakat, sehingga penyelesaian konflik bisa menyentuh langsung akar permasalahan.
Posbakum nantinya akan melibatkan unsur lurah, Babinsa, Bhabinkamtibmas, tokoh adat, hingga organisasi bantuan hukum, agar penyelesaian hukum di tingkat desa lebih cepat, efisien, dan sesuai kearifan lokal.
Sementara itu, Kepala Bagian Hukum Setda Banjar, Ahmad Rizal Putera, menyatakan bahwa rencana ini sejalan dengan komitmen Pemkab Banjar dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan perlindungan bagi seluruh warganya, terutama mereka yang kurang mampu.
“Posbakum akan memberikan layanan hukum yang cepat, mudah, dan gratis. Ini sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat desa yang mungkin belum sepenuhnya paham hak dan kewajibannya secara hukum,” ujar Rizal.
Pertemuan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal sinergi antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah, dalam mewujudkan keadilan yang inklusif dan merata, hingga ke pelosok desa di Kabupaten Banjar.(ADV)
