PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MARTAPURA – Sebanyak 369 Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Banjar akhirnya resmi dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatannya oleh Bupati Banjar H Saidi Mansyur, Selasa (9/9/2025) pagi. Prosesi berlangsung khidmat di halaman belakang Kantor Bupati Banjar, Martapura.
Pelantikan ini menjadi momen bersejarah bagi para PPPK yang terdiri dari:
- 77 PPPK Pelaksana
- 132 Guru
- 160 Tenaga Kesehatan
Turut hadir dalam acara ini perwakilan BKN Regional VIII Banjarmasin, Pj Sekda Banjar, jajaran pejabat Pemkab, kepala SKPD, Direktur RSUD Ratu Zalecha, Ketua Forum Camat, hingga tamu undangan lainnya.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Saidi Mansyur menyampaikan selamat sekaligus pesan tegas kepada para PPPK yang baru dilantik.
“Sesuai aturan, PPPK tidak dapat dimutasi selama minimal 10 tahun. Jadi, siapapun yang ingin pindah, maka harus rela berhenti dari status PPPK,” tegasnya.
Ia juga menekankan pentingnya komitmen, tanggung jawab, dan integritas dalam bekerja. Menurutnya, PPPK adalah bagian dari ASN yang memiliki peran strategis dalam mewujudkan visi Kabupaten Banjar: Maju, Mandiri, dan Agamis.
“Junjung tinggi nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK, disiplin, dan etika kerja. Jadikan ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat,” tambah Bupati.
Sementara itu, Kepala BKPSDM Kabupaten Banjar Hj. Erny Wahdini menjelaskan bahwa pelantikan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia di berbagai sektor penting.
“Dengan terpenuhinya formasi ini, kami harapkan kinerja organisasi meningkat karena SDM-nya sudah cukup dan kini terikat sistem ASN yang profesional,” ujarnya.
Dari BKN Regional VIII Banjarmasin, Nurhaji Wijaya menyampaikan bahwa pelantikan PPPK Tahap 3 Tahun 2025 ini adalah yang terakhir, dan kini pihaknya tengah memproses Penetapan NIP PPPK Paruh Waktu yang akan mulai efektif pada 1 Oktober 2025.
Salah satu guru yang dilantik, Ririn Nur Milanisa, tak bisa menyembunyikan rasa bahagianya. Setelah mengabdi sejak 2022 di SMPN 2 Martapura Timur, kini ia resmi menyandang status PPPK dan akan bertugas tetap di sekolah tersebut.
Sebagai penanda resmi, pelantikan ditutup dengan penyerahan Surat Keputusan (SK) oleh Bupati kepada perwakilan dari setiap jabatan fungsional.(ADV)
