PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, MARTAPURA – Pemerintah Kabupaten Banjar kembali memperkuat barisan di sektor pangan. Kali ini, Penjabat (Pj) Sekretaris Daerah Banjar, H Ikhwansyah, melantik enam pejabat fungsional baru dari lingkungan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan (DKPP) di Aula Sakura BKPSDM Banjar, Kamis (11/9/2025) pagi.
Mereka yang dilantik terdiri atas:
- 3 Analis Ketahanan Pangan Ahli Muda
- 3 Analis Ketahanan Pangan Ahli Pertama
Pelantikan ini menjadi bagian dari upaya penguatan peran ASN dalam menghadapi tantangan ketahanan pangan yang kian kompleks.
Dalam sambutannya, Ikhwansyah menyampaikan pesan dari Bupati Banjar H Saidi Mansyur, bahwa jabatan fungsional kini memegang peran strategis dalam mendukung program-program pemerintah, khususnya di bidang ketahanan pangan.
“Tantangan saat ini bukan main. Kita menghadapi dampak perubahan iklim, fluktuasi harga bahan pokok, dan meningkatnya kebutuhan pangan masyarakat. Pejabat fungsional harus hadir sebagai solusi,” tegasnya.
Ia berharap para pejabat yang baru dilantik dapat langsung bekerja dengan semangat, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme, sesuai dengan peran mereka di lapangan.
Sementara itu, Kepala DKPP Banjar, Sipliansyah Hartani, menyambut baik pelantikan ini. Menurutnya, peralihan dari jabatan struktural atau staf biasa ke fungsional bukan hanya soal perubahan status, tapi peningkatan peran langsung di lapangan.
“Mereka adalah ujung tombak penguatan ketahanan pangan di Banjar. Mereka turun langsung ke masyarakat, memantau ketersediaan, distribusi, hingga pola konsumsi pangan,” jelas Sipliansyah.
Pelantikan ini sekaligus menjadi komitmen Pemkab Banjar untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik, dengan menempatkan SDM yang tepat di posisi strategis, terutama menghadapi tantangan sektor pangan yang semakin dinamis.(ADV)
