PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU – Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru menggelar Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Transformasi Pelayanan Publik, Rabu (27/08/2025), bertempat di Aula Gawi Sabarataan. Kegiatan ini mengusung tema “Membangun Budaya Pelayanan Prima dan Pengelolaan Pengaduan yang Responsif dan Inklusif.”
Acara dibuka secara resmi oleh Asisten III Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru, Rahma Khairita, yang hadir mewakili Wali Kota Banjarbaru. Dalam sambutannya, ia menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Banjarbaru.
“Transformasi pelayanan publik harus sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi, kebutuhan masyarakat, serta semangat untuk memberikan pelayanan yang prima,” ujar Rahma.
Ia juga menekankan bahwa pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat harus dilakukan secara transparan, cepat ditindaklanjuti, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan warga.
Menurutnya, pelayanan publik modern tidak cukup hanya cepat dan tepat, tetapi juga harus responsif, ramah, dan inklusif menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa diskriminasi.

Bimtek ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari berbagai perangkat daerah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru. Melalui kegiatan ini, para peserta dibekali pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mewujudkan budaya pelayanan yang profesional, humanis, serta mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika kebutuhan publik.
Pemkot Banjarbaru berharap kegiatan ini menjadi langkah konkret dalam membangun pelayanan publik yang lebih berkualitas, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik.
