PUBLIKAINDONESIA, BANJARBARU – Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), Bahlil Lahadalia, menegaskan bahwa pemerintah terus mengawasi tata kelola distribusi Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) 3 kg bersubsidi guna memastikan harga eceran tertinggi (HET) dan berat LPG sesuai ketentuan.
Dalam kunjungannya ke sejumlah infrastruktur energi di Kalimantan Selatan, Bahlil menyatakan akan menindak tegas oknum yang menyalahgunakan pendistribusian LPG 3 kg.
Langkah ini sesuai dengan arahan Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto agar subsidi benar-benar sampai kepada masyarakat yang berhak menerimanya.
“Subsidi ini uang rakyat. Arahan Bapak Presiden adalah satu rupiah pun uang negara yang disiapkan untuk rakyat, wajib sampai ke mereka,” tegas Bahlil.
Minim Penyimpangan, Pertamina Diminta Perbaiki Rasio Stok LPG
Bahlil mengapresiasi distribusi LPG 3 kg di Kalimantan Selatan yang dinilai minim penyimpangan.
Namun, ia meminta PT Pertamina untuk memperbaiki rasio antara tingkat konsumsi dan penyimpanan LPG 3 kg agar lebih ideal.
Saat ini, konsumsi LPG 3 kg di Kalimantan Selatan tercatat sebesar 555 metrik ton, sementara penyimpanannya mencapai 16 ribu metrik ton.
Menurut Bahlil, rasio ini perlu diperbaiki agar tidak mengganggu program ketahanan energi yang telah dicanangkan Presiden.
Pangkalan LPG Wajib Sediakan Timbangan
Selain memastikan distribusi LPG 3 kg tepat sasaran, Bahlil juga menegaskan bahwa pemerintah akan memastikan setiap tabung LPG benar-benar berisi 3 kg sesuai standar.
Untuk menjamin transparansi, ia merancang aturan agar setiap pangkalan LPG wajib menyediakan timbangan guna memastikan berat tabung sesuai ketentuan sebelum dibeli oleh masyarakat.
“Harus ada timbangan. Jadi rakyat sebelum membawa, timbang dulu supaya merasa biaya yang dikeluarkan sesuai dengan kuantitasnya,” ujar Bahlil saat mengunjungi Pangkalan LPG Sudarga di Banjarbaru.
Sebagai informasi, Pulau Kalimantan saat ini memiliki 412 agen Public Service Obligation (PSO), 103 agen Non-PSO, dan 16.154 pangkalan LPG.
Pemerintah memastikan akan terus meningkatkan pengawasan agar subsidi LPG benar-benar dinikmati oleh masyarakat yang berhak.
