PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM – Kepala Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Setdaprov Kalsel, Thaufik Hidayat, membenarkan kalau Aditya Mufti Ariffin pasangan calon Walikota Banjarbaru yang didiskualifikasi sebagai peserta Pilkada 2024 pernah menyatakan diri secara tertulis menerima keputusan KPU Kota Banjarbaru.
Hal itu jelas pada surat pernyataan yang dibuat oleh Aditya dengan tembusan ke Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan yakni Gubernur Kalimantan Selatan dan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri), Direktur Jendral Otonomi Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
Aditya, menyatakan menerima putusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Banjarbaru. Dalam sura tertanggal 4 November 2024, itu lengkap menulis nama Aditya, tanggal lahir, dan jabatan sebagai Walikota.
Dalam surat itu, Aditya menyatakan menerima putusan dimaksud dan tidak melanjutkan tahapan Pilkada selanjutnya, serta siap kembali menjalankan tugas sebagai Walikota Banjarbaru dalam waktu sesegeranya sebelum berakhirnya masa Cuti di Luar Tanggungan Negara Tanggal 23 November 2024.
“Demikian surat pernyataan ini saya buat tanda ada unsur paksaaan pihak manapun untuk diketahui sebagai bahan tindaklanjut. Atas perhatiannya saya ucapkan terimakasih,” pungkasnya menyikapi surat keputusan KPU Banjarbaru Nomor 124 tahun 2024 tentang pembatalan H. Muhammad Aditya Mufti Ariffin dan H. Said Abdullah sebagai pasangan calon Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Banjarbaru.
Thaufik mengatakan, pihaknya hanya menerima tembusan, sedangkan tindak lanjut di Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
“Kami hanya menerima tembusan. Memang benar surat itu disampaikan kepada kami,” ujarnya, Jum’at (13/12/2024).
Namun disisi lain, pasangan calon Walikota Banjarbaru Aditya Mufti Ariffin, Said Abdullah, malah mengajukan permohonan ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) sebagai bentuk protes terhadap jalannya pilkada di Kota Banjarbaru.
Permohonan tersebut atas nama Said Abdullah dengan nomor 9/PAN.MK/e-AP3/12/2024.
Dalam Daftar Kelengkapan Pengajuan Permohonan Pemohon Elektronik (e-DKP), dijelaskan bahwa pemohon hanya mencantumkan nama Said Abdullah.
