PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM – Karena berdasarkan uraian peristiwa dan bukti-bukti yang disampaikan, tidak terdapat dugaan pelanggaran pemilihan, laporan Hairansyah SH MH, ditolak Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Republik Indonesia.
Bawaslu melalui surat keputusan tertanggal 9 Desember 2024, Nomor 1378/PP.OO.OO/K1/12/2024 , dilansir dari wartabanjar.com, menolak laporan Hairansyah terkait Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Kota Banjarbaru di Kalimantan Selatan.
Dalam surat putusannya, Bawaslu RI menolak laporan Hairansyah, karena tidak memenuhi syarat materil laporan.
“Dengan Hormat disampaikan, sehubungan dengan laporan Sdr. Hairansyah yang telah diterima Bawaslu RI dengan nomor laporan 006/PL/PW/Rl/00.OO/Xll/2024 pada tanggal 3 Desember 2024, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan status laporan sebagaimana terlampir,” tulis Bawaslu RI di risalah putusan yang ditandatangani Ketua Bawaslu RI Rahmat Bagja.
Adapun yang menjadi terlapor dalam pengaduan yang disampaikan Hairansyah SM MH ada 16 orang, yakni dari KPU RI, KPU Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, dan KPU Kota Banjarbaru.
