PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARMASIN – Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Kalimantan Selatan (Kwarda Kalsel) menggelar pelatihan Training of Trainer (ToT) bagi para pelatih Pramuka se-Banua. Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama tiga hari, sejak 29 Juni hingga 1 Juli 2025 di Gedung Kwarda Kalsel, Banjarmasin ini mengangkat tema “Meningkatkan Korsa dan Profesional Pelatih Pembina Pramuka Banua.”
Pelatihan ini bertujuan memperkuat kompetensi pelatih agar mampu menjawab tantangan masa depan Gerakan Pramuka di Kalimantan Selatan dengan semangat kebersamaan dan profesionalisme.
ToT resmi dibuka pada Minggu (29/6/2025) oleh Adi Santoso, Staf Ahli Bidang Pemerintahan, Hukum, dan Politik, yang hadir mewakili Wakil Gubernur Kalimantan Selatan, Hasnuryadi Sulaiman. Dalam sambutannya, Adi menegaskan pentingnya peran Gerakan Pramuka dalam pembangunan karakter generasi muda.
“Gerakan Pramuka bukan sekadar kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, tapi merupakan wadah pembinaan karakter, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinan, dan cinta tanah air. Pelatihan ini adalah investasi jangka panjang, bukan rutinitas tahunan,” ujarnya.
Ketua Harian Kwarda Kalsel, H Achmadi, menyebutkan bahwa ToT kali ini menjadi kegiatan perdana tahun 2025 yang melibatkan seluruh pelatih dari Kwartir Cabang se-Kalimantan Selatan. Ia menekankan pentingnya pendekatan inovatif dalam membina generasi muda.
“Pelatih harus mampu mentransfer nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dan karakter kepada peserta didik. Kegiatan ini adalah fondasi untuk mencetak pelatih-pelatih yang tangguh dan berdedikasi,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (Pusdiklatda) Kalsel, Muhammad Haris, mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan ini terbagi dalam dua kelompok besar, yaitu pelatih lanjutan (KPL) dan peserta dari Pusdiklat cabang. ToT ini juga menjadi bagian dari upaya menuju akreditasi lembaga pelatihan serta sertifikasi pelatih secara nasional.
“Kami siapkan sistem penilaian yang komprehensif, termasuk asesmen daring dan visitasi langsung oleh tim asesor. Selain teori, peserta juga akan terjun langsung dalam kegiatan kerja nyata di lapangan,” terang Haris.
Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan turut memberikan dukungan penuh terhadap pelaksanaan ToT ini, baik dari sisi kebijakan maupun pembiayaan. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini menjadi pijakan penting dalam membentuk pelatih-pelatih Pramuka yang tidak hanya unggul secara teknis, tetapi juga mampu menjadi agen perubahan di tengah masyarakat.
