PUBLIKAINDONESIA, JAKARTA– Kepala Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Abdul Azis, S.H., M.Kn., menghadiri kegiatan buka bersama yang diselenggarakan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banjarbaru pada Rabu (12/03/2025). Acara ini mengusung tema Merajut Silaturahmi, Menebar Kebaikan, Tingkatkan Insan Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banjarbaru yang Berintegritas, Agamis, dan Adaptif dalam rangka menyambut Ramadan 1446 H.
Selain sebagai ajang mempererat silaturahmi, momen ini juga ditandai dengan penyerahan sertipikat Barang Milik Negara (BMN) kepada dua instansi, yaitu Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Kalimantan Selatan dan Tengah serta Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penyerahan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum atas aset negara sekaligus memastikan pengelolaan yang lebih tertib dan akuntabel.
Dalam sambutannya, Abdul Azis menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan aset negara yang profesional dan tertib administrasi merupakan bagian dari upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya sinergi antarinstansi untuk menjaga dan memanfaatkan aset negara secara optimal.
“Sinergi yang kuat antara instansi akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah dan peningkatan layanan kepada masyarakat,” ujar Abdul Azis.
Para perwakilan instansi penerima sertipikat mengapresiasi langkah ini, mengakui bahwa legalitas aset akan mendukung operasional serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja mereka.
Acara berlangsung dalam suasana kebersamaan dan penuh makna Ramadan. Selain mempererat hubungan antar instansi, kegiatan ini menjadi pengingat pentingnya nilai-nilai integritas, kerja sama, dan kepedulian sosial dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan publik.(FA)
