BANJARMASIN, PUBLIKA INDONESIA– Kalimantan Selatan bersiap menghadapi aksi unjuk rasa di depan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Kalsel pada Senin (1/9/2025). Menyikapi hal tersebut, Polda Kalsel mengingatkan agar aksi berlangsung damai tanpa mengganggu ketertiban umum.
Kabid Humas Polda Kalsel, Kombes Pol Adam Erwindi, S.I.K., M.H., menegaskan bahwa kepolisian menjamin hak masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pendapat, namun harus dilakukan dengan penuh tanggung jawab.
“Kami menghormati hak menyampaikan pendapat. Tapi ingat, kebebasan itu jangan sampai merugikan orang lain. Aksi boleh, tapi damai,” ujarnya, Minggu (31/8/2025).
Polda Kalsel pun mengeluarkan beberapa imbauan penting bagi massa aksi:
1. Demo dengan damai. Jaga ketertiban, jangan sampai aksi berubah menjadi kericuhan.
2. Hindari anarkis. Segala bentuk perusakan fasilitas umum, pembakaran, maupun pelemparan benda berbahaya tidak akan ditolerir.
3. Jangan terprovokasi. Waspadai isu atau ajakan dari pihak yang ingin memanfaatkan situasi.
4. Aspirasi bermartabat. Sampaikan pendapat dengan cara santun, elegan, dan sesuai aturan.
“Kami ingin suasana Kalimantan Selatan tetap kondusif. Jangan sampai niat baik menyampaikan aspirasi justru berujung kerugian bersama,” tegas Kombes Adam.
Selain menerjunkan personel, Polda Kalsel juga menyiapkan pengalihan arus lalu lintas di sekitar Kantor DPRD Kalsel. Masyarakat yang tidak berkepentingan diminta menghindari area tersebut demi kelancaran.
“Kami siap mengawal jalannya aksi dengan aman dan humanis. Keselamatan masyarakat adalah prioritas kami,” pungkasnya.
