PUBLIKAINDONESIA, KOTABARU – DPRD Kabupaten Kotabaru menggelar Rapat Paripurna Masa Persidangan II Rapat Ke-4 Tahun Sidang 2025/2026 dengan agenda mendengarkan pidato Bupati Kotabaru terkait tiga Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) strategis, Senin (24/2/2025).
Ketiga Raperda yang dibahas mencakup:
✅ Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata
✅ Raperda tentang Fasilitas Kekayaan Intelektual
✅ Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan
Sidang dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Kotabaru, Suwanti, didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Awaludin, S.Hut, M.M., dan Chairil Anwar, S.S, M.Thi.
Hadir pula Staf Ahli Bupati Bidang Pemerintahan, Zaenal Arifin, S.STP, M.Si, yang mewakili Bupati Kotabaru, serta jajaran Forkopimda, Dandim 1004/Kotabaru Letkol Inf Bayu Oktaviano Sudibyo, S.E, M.I.P., Kepala SKPD, dan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kotabaru.
Dukung Pariwisata Kotabaru, Raperda Disiapkan
Dalam pidato yang dibacakan Zaenal Arifin, Bupati Kotabaru menekankan pentingnya Raperda Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata untuk mendukung perkembangan sektor wisata daerah.
“Kabupaten Kotabaru memiliki kekayaan alam dan budaya yang tersebar di seluruh kecamatan. Potensi ini harus digali dan dikembangkan agar bisa memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat serta menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan budaya warisan leluhur,” ungkapnya.
Perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Jadi Prioritas
Kotabaru juga ingin memastikan hak-hak kekayaan intelektual masyarakatnya terlindungi dengan regulasi yang jelas.
“Keberadaan Raperda ini akan menjadi payung hukum bagi pemilik kekayaan intelektual di daerah, sehingga hak mereka bisa diakui dan dilindungi,” tambah Zaenal.
Peningkatan Kesehatan Masyarakat Lewat Regulasi Baru
Kesehatan menjadi aspek penting yang tak luput dari perhatian pemerintah daerah.
Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan dirancang untuk memastikan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dan merata bagi seluruh masyarakat.
“Meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat harus dilakukan dengan prinsip pemerataan, non-diskriminatif, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan. Ini adalah bagian dari upaya membangun SDM unggul dan meningkatkan daya saing daerah,” jelasnya.
DPRD Kotabaru Siap Bahas Secara Intensif
Ketua DPRD Kotabaru, Suwanti, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya akan segera menindaklanjuti pembahasan ketiga Raperda tersebut.
“Kami akan membahasnya secara mendalam bersama pihak eksekutif agar segera bisa disahkan dan diimplementasikan,” ujarnya.
Sebagai langkah awal, penyerahan simbolis tiga Raperda dilakukan kepada anggota DPRD Muhammad Luthfi Ali, menandai dimulainya pembahasan lebih lanjut demi kemajuan Kabupaten Kotabaru.
