PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, PALEMBANG – Seorang mahasiswi berinisial OR (20) melaporkan kejadian traumatis yang dialaminya ke Polrestabes Palembang pada Selasa siang, 6 Mei 2025.
Ia mengaku menjadi korban percobaan pemerkosaan, penganiayaan, dan ancaman setelah mengikuti permainan yang disebut “borgol-borgolan” di kawasan Tanjung Barangan, Perumahan Surya Akbar, Kelurahan Bukit Baru, Kecamatan IB I, Palembang, pada 22 April lalu.
Dengan suara bergetar, OR menceritakan kronologi kejadian kepada petugas piket pengaduan. Ia menjelaskan bahwa awalnya dia diajak oleh seorang teman berinisial AR, bersama saksi AD, ke lokasi kejadian. Setibanya di sana, OR juga bertemu dengan saksi lain, yakni BT dan AG.
“Saat di TKP saya bertemu saksi BT dan AG. Sepertinya ini sudah diatur,” ungkap OR kepada petugas, menyiratkan adanya dugaan persekongkolan dalam peristiwa tersebut.
Permainan “borgol-borgolan” yang disodorkan kepada OR berisi tantangan melepaskan borgol untuk mendapatkan hadiah uang tunai.
Namun, setelah borgol terpasang di tangan OR, ia tidak mampu melepaskannya meski telah mencoba berbagai cara, termasuk menggunakan sabun di kamar mandi dengan pintu tertutup.
Di saat itulah, terlapor AR muncul dengan dalih ingin membantu. Namun, niat tersebut berubah menjadi mimpi buruk bagi OR.
“Saat panik melihat terlapor sudah di depan pintu, dia langsung menarik saya masuk kamar mandi, mencekik leher saya, dan mengancam pakai pisau,” ucap OR.
Dalam kondisi terborgol dan tak berdaya, OR mengaku ditindih dan dicekik oleh AR sambil diancam agar tidak berteriak. Ia hanya bisa membujuk pelaku agar tidak melanjutkan aksi bejatnya dan memohon dilepaskan dari borgol.
Beruntung, AR akhirnya melepaskan OR, sehingga ia bisa melarikan diri dan kini menempuh jalur hukum.
Kasus ini sedang dalam penanganan pihak kepolisian. Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada keterangan resmi dari Polrestabes Palembang terkait perkembangan penyelidikan.
