PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, JAKARTA – Kabar gembira buat pelanggan PLN! Menyambut Hari Pelanggan Nasional, PLN menghadirkan promo diskon 50% biaya tambah daya listrik melalui program Kado Listrik Ceria (Kalcer). Promo ini berlaku mulai 4 hingga 17 September 2025.
Diskon bisa dinikmati oleh seluruh pelanggan tegangan rendah satu fasa di semua golongan tarif dengan daya awal 450 volt ampere (VA) hingga 5.500 VA, yang ingin menambah daya hingga 7.700 VA. Syaratnya, pelanggan sudah terdaftar sebelum 1 September 2024.
Direktur Retail dan Niaga PLN Adi Priyanto menegaskan, program ini jadi bentuk komitmen PLN untuk menghadirkan pelayanan terbaik sekaligus memudahkan akses listrik masyarakat.
“Melalui momen Hari Pelanggan, kami ingin memberikan layanan berkualitas demi menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Program Kalcer hadir agar kebutuhan daya listrik terpenuhi dengan biaya lebih ringan,” kata Adi di Jakarta.
Contoh hitungan: pelanggan dengan daya 450 VA yang ingin naik ke 7.700 VA hanya perlu membayar Rp3.512.625. Tarif normalnya Rp7.025.250. Hemat separuh!
Cara Mendapatkan Diskon

Unduh & login PLN Mobile.

Lakukan transaksi minimal:

Beli token (untuk pelanggan prabayar), atau
-
Bayar tagihan listrik (untuk pelanggan pascabayar).

Setelah transaksi berhasil, pelanggan akan menerima e-voucher diskon tambah daya melalui fitur Reward di PLN Mobile atau email terdaftar.

Masukkan kode e-voucher saat mengajukan permohonan tambah daya lewat aplikasi PLN Mobile.

Setelah pembayaran terverifikasi, unit PLN setempat akan memproses permohonan.
Setiap akun PLN Mobile bisa mendapatkan maksimal empat e-voucher tambah daya selama periode promo berlangsung.
“Prosesnya gampang, cepat, dan sepenuhnya digital. Jadi manfaatkan promo ini sebelum berakhir,” tutup Adi.
