PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, JAKARTA – Menteri Pertanian Andi Amran Sulaiman mengungkap dugaan praktik kecurangan dalam distribusi beras. Beras subsidi jenis SPHP (Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan) diketahui telah dioplos dan dijual ulang sebagai beras premium di sejumlah minimarket dan supermarket ternama.
“Iya, beredar. Kami ambil sampel dari supermarket dan minimarket, dan ditemukan itu beras subsidi yang dikemas ulang jadi premium,” ungkap Amran kepada wartawan di Kompleks Parlemen, Jakarta, Rabu (2/7/2025).
Modus dan Dampaknya
Modusnya, sekitar 80 persen beras SPHP subsidi diambil dan dicampur menjadi produk premium, sementara sisanya dijual sesuai ketentuan di kios-kios. Praktik ini membuat harga beras premium naik meski stok di gudang sangat mencukupi.
“Stok beras kita melimpah, tapi harga tetap naik karena ada yang bermain. Ini praktik kotor,” ujar Amran dengan nada geram.
Ia menyebut, kerugian negara akibat praktik pengoplosan ini ditaksir mencapai Rp10 triliun dalam lima tahun terakhir, atau sekitar Rp2 triliun per tahun.
Ratusan Produsen Terlibat
Sebanyak 212 produsen merek bebas disebut terlibat dalam kasus ini. Menurut Amran, beberapa di antaranya telah dipanggil oleh Satgas Pangan Polri untuk diperiksa lebih lanjut.
Bukti Sudah Diserahkan, Produsen Besar Jadi Target
Mentan menegaskan bahwa semua bukti pengoplosan telah diserahkan kepada kepolisian dan kejaksaan untuk proses hukum. Ia juga menekankan agar penegakan hukum tidak menyasar pedagang kecil.
“Jangan korbankan pedagang kecil. Mereka hanya jual, tidak tahu isinya. Fokuslah ke produsennya yang besar-besar,” tegasnya.
Minimarket Mulai Tarik Produk
Setelah kasus ini mencuat, Amran menyebut beberapa minimarket secara diam-diam mulai menarik produk beras tersebut dari rak penjualan. Ia berharap langkah ini dapat mencegah kerugian konsumen dan memulihkan kepercayaan publik terhadap distribusi beras nasional.
