PUBLIKAINDONESIA.COM, BANJARBARU – Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab) Gerakan Pramuka Kota Banjarbaru menggelar upacara peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Pramuka ke-64 sekaligus pelaksanaan Jambore Kwarcab Tahun 2025 di Halaman SDIT Robbani 2 Banjarbaru, Sabtu (30/8/2025) siang.
Kegiatan yang mengusung tema “Kolaborasi untuk membangun ketahanan bangsa” ini diikuti oleh seluruh Kwartir Ranting (Kwarran) se-Kota Banjarbaru. Wali Kota Banjarbaru, Hj. Erna Lisa Halaby, hadir sebagai pembina upacara.
Dalam amanatnya, Wali Kota Lisa menyampaikan bahwa Gerakan Pramuka memiliki peran penting sebagai wadah pembentukan generasi muda yang tangguh, disiplin, berkarakter, serta mampu bekerja sama dalam membangun bangsa.
“Hal tersebut sejalan dengan visi Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru, yaitu Banjarbaru Emas, di mana salah satu misinya adalah mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang berakhlak mulia dan berdaya saing,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, Gerakan Pramuka merupakan mitra strategis pemerintah dalam mendukung pembentukan karakter generasi muda yang cerdas, berjiwa kebersamaan, serta memiliki semangat persatuan. Jambore kali ini, kata Lisa, diharapkan mampu menjadi ajang melatih kerja sama, sportivitas, serta mempererat persaudaraan antaranggota Pramuka.
“Saya ingin melalui kegiatan Jambore Kwarcab Pramuka Kota Banjarbaru Tahun 2025 ini, anggota Pramuka dapat mengembangkan wawasan, keterampilan, serta memperkuat jiwa kemandirian dan kepedulian sosial,” harap Lisa.
Menutup sambutannya, Lisa mengajak seluruh anggota Pramuka Banjarbaru untuk senantiasa menjadi garda terdepan dalam menjaga persatuan, menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan, serta menjadi teladan di tengah masyarakat.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Wali Kota Lisa juga melakukan penanaman pohon buah sebagai simbol penghijauan, serta meninjau langsung tenda-tenda perkemahan peserta Jambore.
